In 2020, founder Amy was suffering with extreme anxiety that affected her
everyday life. She undertook EMDR therapy and that completely changed her life and she found the headspace to create CAHM. All CAHM products are handcrafted in a studio in West Yorkshire. Beautiful
designs with miminal impact to the environment, their range includes candles,
