How can I become a member?

It's easy and complimentary to join. Sign up by simply creating a customer account and instantly earn 250 reward points just for signing up!

How does it work?

Our rewards programme is easy and simple to use. Once you have created an account, you will earn reward points every time you shop with us, as well as a number of activations such as signing up to our newsletter, following us on social media and much more.

How many points do you receive for every £1 spent?

For every £1 spent, you will receive 5 points. If you reach our VIP top tier status, ‘Luxe Insider’, you will receive 10 points for every £1 spent.

Can I receive rewards on all of my purchases?

Yes, as long as you are signed into your account, you will receive points from every purchase you make. You will see on every product it tells you how many points you could achieve so you can see how many you will get for your total basket. 

What else can I do to earn points? 

There are a number of ways to increase your reward points in addition to purchasing. Below are all the ways you can add rewards: 

  1. Create An Account = 250 points 
  2. Sign Up For Your Birthday = 500 points 
  3. Leave Us A Review = 250 points
  4. Refer A Friend = 1000 points

How do I redeem my points? 

When you are logged in, it will show you how many rewards you have available. For every reward, you will receive a unique code to enter at checkout. You can only use one reward discount at a time.

How long do the points last?

Your reward points do not have an expiry date and there is no time limit on when you need to redeem them.

How does the Refer A Friend work?

When your friends make a purchase using your referral link, they'll get £10 off their first order and you'll earn a £10 discount voucher for yourself - it's a sweet deal for everyone!

What requirements need to met for me to get my referral reward? 

Once you have shared your unique referral code, your friend can use this to receive their £10 off their first order. There is a minimum order value of £30 and once they have ordered you will receive your reward for £10 off your next order. If a customer has checked out as a guest before, or entered their email in any capacity they will not be able to use the referral link (as they will already have an email associated with their name) and will therefore not be eligible.

How does the VIP Tier System work?

When you join our Counter Club Rewards Programme you will automatically enter our entry level tier, Fresh Face. We have four tiers, each offering you more exclusive rewards and discounts. The more points you earn, the higher up the tiers you will go unlocking more exclusive discounts and offers.

To understand these, we have outlined them below: 

  1. Fresh Face - this is our Entry level tier. Unlock rewards to start building up your points 
  2. Glow Getter - earn 500 points. Perks include a free shipping coupon as well as a £5 off voucher.
  3. Radiant Royalty - earn 1000 points. Perks include a £10 off voucher as well as a FREE Beauty Pro Eye Mask set.
  4. Luxe Insider - earn 2000 points. Perks include double points for every £1 spent, a £15 off voucher, plus a FREE Color Wow treatment. AND, early access to sales, free event tickets and more!
