- Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Case 1: Orders Fulfilled by Counter Culture Store
- Standard Shipping:
- Cost: £3.95
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over £30 (subtotal for items fulfilled by us)
- Premium Shipping:
- Cost: £5.95
- Delivery Time: Next business day if order is placed before 1pm on a business day.
Case 2: Orders Fulfilled Directly by the Brand or Manufacturer
For items fulfilled directly by our partner brands or manufacturers, the shipping policies and costs vary.
Case 3: Combination Orders
For orders that include items fulfilled by both Counter Culture Store and our partner brands or manufacturers, the shipping cost will be a combination of the rates mentioned above. The total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

- Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
